    Years and Years are waiting us ... for a New Theory ... to encapsulate Einstein Mistakes ... and the real Multi-dimensional Theory to explain the Universe ... Our Universe ... because there are many ...

    Actually ... and in their understanding (avoiding bad adjectives) ... Scientist claims to have the key of Physics and Nature ... pushing us ... the formula,

  • where c, is the Constant Speed of Light in the Vacuum and is not constant.
  • μ0 is the constant of permeability of the magnetic field in the vacuum and 
  • ε0 is the constant of permeability of the electric field in the vacuum.

We have that,

ε0 ≈ 8.854187817620... × 10-12 F·m−1,

where F is a Faraday. We can also write it like ... 8.854187817620 pF/m.

     To give a serious definition of Ampere, we have today have that,

The ampere is that constant current which, if maintained in two straight parallel conductors of infinite length, of negligible circular cross section, and placed 1 meter apart in vacuum, would produce between these conductors a force equal to 2 x 10-7 newton per meter of length.

   And this is lead us to

μ0 = 4 x 10-7 H · m-1= 1.2566370614...×10−6 H·m−1

where H is a Henry, the Unit of Inductance defined like an Ω . s.

A Henry admit several conversions ... like ...

Therefore the Operation

ε0.μ0= (11.126500560217675941868 ×10−6 s2.F-1 × 8.854187817620... × 10−12.F.m−1 )

ε0.μ0= 3.33564095×10−9 s2/m2

1/√ε0.μ0 = 0.299792458×109 m/s

And this a constant ...

c= 299 792 458 m/s

Is all this madness correct? ... I say No. 

What I say however, like Maxwell did is that this explain the electromagnetic nature of the Light and there are a lot to Learn about the Light ...

Maxwell was right and the story is as follows ... from Wikipedia ...

In 1856, Wilhelm Eduard Weber and Rudolf Kohlrausch performed an experiment with a Leyden jar and established the ratio of electric charge as measured statically to the same electric charge as measured electrodynamically. Maxwell used this ratio in Isaac Newton's equation for the speed of sound, as applied using the density and transverse elasticity of his sea of molecular vortices. He obtained a value which was very close to the speed of light, as recently measured directly by Hippolyte Fizeau. Maxwell then wrote 

"we can scarcely avoid the inference that light consists in the transverse undulations of the same medium which is the cause of electric and magnetic phenomena"

It was also in this 1861 paper that Maxwell first introduced the displacement current term which is now included in Ampère's circuital law. But it wasn't until his next paper in 1864, A Dynamical Theory of the Electromagnetic Field that Maxwell used this displacement current term to derive the electromagnetic wave equation.


Now the point ...

The Speed of Light is not constant ... but we can have like a 'minimum speed of light' ... like the mininum number of revolutions of a motor ... that may represent actual c ...

Not the Speed of Light ... in Inter-galactic Universes ... where 10,000 c is a media speed.

This is an excellent point of beginning to establish the New theory and Maxwell as a King place in the past as well present scenario.
