Can a blood type speak us about personality?

The book "Right For your Type" by Dr. Peter J D'Adamo, comment that the Blood type of the Great Britain Queen Elizabeth II is type O. Also Prince Charles have this type.

Former President Ronald Reagan is Type O, as well former Soviet Prime Minister Mikhail Gorbachev.

So, are all real leaders Type O ? ... Of course!

What Blood Type is Obama. I am sure he is O-.
